Naughty Games is a mobile application that provides interactive couple and party games including Truth or Dare, Cards, Spin the Bottle, and Naughty Dice. The App provides prompts and game mechanics for entertainment purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who do not meet this requirement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAUGHTY GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES ANY PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL HARM RESULTING FROM ACTIVITIES PERFORMED DURING GAMEPLAY.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also restrict access to certain features or content at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
